Ordering

We’ve made every effort to make the ordering of your labels as easy as possible.

We’ll email you your finished artwork if you’ve ordered customised labels. You will need to confirm via email that you are happy for us to laser engrave your labels. Or let us know if anything needs changing, we’re happy to help.

Please also be aware that if you enter a lot of text this may result in a label with a smaller font size. See the example pictures under bespoke labels to get an idea of what works well.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please be aware that you are in most cases purchasing a bespoke product so the time from you making the order to the time it arrives by post will be longer than buying a toaster from Amazon!

As a rough guide it will take about 7 to 10 working days on average for you to receive your item. If you have a time sensitive requirement such as for a gift please let us know any deadlines and we will do our best to meet them. We can ship Ready Made Garden Labels and Hardy aluminium herb labels – Gift for Gardeners much faster.

We have created this handy table to give you an indication of lead times:

* Any alterations requested will add to the lead time.

If we are very busy (our peak season is Spring and Autumn) we’ll put a banner notice on the website to highlight any different ordering timescales.

If you are ordering for international delivery then postal leads times will vary – please see the section below on International ordering.

Larger orders

If you have a large order and would prefer to send us a spreadsheet or written list of your requirements we can work with that too. Please also be aware that if you enter a lot of text this may result in a label with a smaller font size. See the example pictures under bespoke labels to get an idea of what works well.

Simply complete your order without submitting customisations, then email [email protected] with your requirements and order number. We’ll take care of everything and get back to you if anything is unclear.

Delivery

UK

We charge a nominal charge for packaging and delivery at £2.85 per order and will send all orders Royal Mail second class or equivalent. The charge is not dependent on the weight or the number of items.

International

We will deliver to most international destinations but if your country isn’t shown on on the checkout page please email us your requirements (the quantity of each label shape required) to [email protected] before placing an order and we will provide a shipping quote.

Please note that all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. This means that customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.
